Shipping Policy

Durvela ships composters and accessories throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Canada and United States

Fully assembled Durvela composters are secured in plywood shipping crates and shipped by LTL freight. After dispatch, orders normally arrive within 10–14 days, depending on the delivery location and freight service.

International Shipping

International orders are generally shipped by surface freight to the nearest suitable major port. Transit normally takes approximately 30–45 days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery arrangements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the product, destination, and freight requirements. The applicable shipping charge is provided before the order is finalized.

Customs, Duties and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, port fees, or other government-imposed charges that customers are responsible for.

Local Delivery

For overseas orders, Durvela can typically help arrange local delivery from the destination port. Customers may also arrange delivery through their own customs or import broker.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within2-3 business days. Delivery estimates begin after order is dispatched and may vary due to destination, carrier availability, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
