The panel-mount 5.5 × 2.1 mm DC socket accepts a standard 12V DC power adapter, while the white JST PH2.0 connector plugs directly into the fan's negative lead. The positive lead is terminated with a red insulated ferrule, allowing quick and secure installation into the fused WAGO 221 Fuse Connector used in the Durvela wiring system.

Installation and use

1. Mount the DC socket in the enclosure using the supplied retaining nut.

2. Connect the white JST PH2.0 connector to the mating connector on the aeration fan.

3. Insert the red insulated ferrule into the fused WAGO 221 Fuse Connector.

4. Connect a regulated 12V DC power adapter with a 5.5 × 2.1 mm plug.

5. During periods of insufficient sunlight, the DC adapter powers the fan through the existing fused circuit.
